Our main restaurant is at the foot of Hakoneyumoto bridge and on Hayakawa river has been loved by people due to a quaint atmosphere which recalls Edo times to us and famous Japanese yam soba.

　 時は大正14年、小宮義一24歳。勤めていた洋品店が潰れてしまった。14の歳で奉公にやってきた店だった。故郷の箱根に舞い戻り、はてどうしたものかと考える。 Hatsuhana is a Soba restaurant that has been in existence since its establishment in 1934. It is located in Yuba in Hakoneyumoto which has 7 spring sources. Our Soba is made by our original recipe which uses only buckwheat, locally-produced egg, and Japanese yam. We only bring delicious and healthy Soba made from Japanese yam which has been known as “nutrient food” since the ancient times. You can enjoy good-old, classic appearance of our restaurant which is unique since the day of establishment in 1934 and the four seasons scenery in clear stream Hayakawa.
